FullMetal Alchemist OC Animation

As some of you may now, I am in love with the FullMetal Alchemist Series. I have a few OC's I would like to animate and I was wondering if someone would be kind enough to animate them for me? Since I don't have PaintTool Sai or anything like that, I'm not allowed to download them.
But yeah, once again, I would greatly appreciate it if someone would be kind enough to do this for me? I would be forever grateful
